Jakob Rope Systems participated in the new luxury building designed by Atelier Jean Nouvel and the developers of JDS Development Group

Located in South Beach, Monad Terrace is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Miami. It is a unique architectural apartment building designed by French architect Jean Nouvel. There are 59 individually designed beachfront luxury apartments arranged around the sparkling lagoon of Biscayne Bay. The Monad Terrace provides bright light and a vast private outdoor space, while being sheltered by a climbing garden featuring native bougainvillea and passion vines.

For this innovative green wall system and railing, Jakob participated in the selection of suitable hardware, accessories and cables to achieve the goals set by the design team.

The north and south facades will become real landscapes: filters for flowers, plants and leaves. Neighbors can never see the close relationship between Monad's terrace and apartment. They just have a beautiful vertical landscape in their field of vision.
