In 2021, INDEX® A Perfect Fixing continues to expand its product range to include various silicones-MS and foam, a new color-changing MO-PS+ (styrene-free polyester PLUS) chemical anchor, and the new TH series/ TF is used for heavy-duty metal anchors-internal manufacturing.

The newly expanded range of chemical fixation includes three adhesives for different purposes-MS-PR, MS-TR and MS-SF. MS-PR is available in four colors and is an odorless adhesive sealant with excellent multi-material adhesion. It is especially recommended for fixing and sealing shelves, roof finishes, gutters, decks, frame joints or structures, expansion joints, water tanks, containers and other aluminum components, and for the food processing industry because it has ISEGA certification.

The second adhesive, MS-TR transparent odorless sealant, is especially recommended for pasting and assembling transparent or visible connected materials, such as glass, panes, acrylic, PVC, porcelain, ceramics and other transparent components-outdoor or indoor .

The final adhesive, MS-SF, is ultra-fast and highly viscous and can act immediately, quickly fixing heavy objects under harsh conditions without support. This adhesive is suitable for all types of materials such as concrete, wood, metal, cork, aluminum, PVC, copper, brick, stone and porcelain-indoors and outdoors.

Another new product of INDEX® A Perfect Fixing is a series of professional polyurethane foams. PU-EP polyurethane adhesive SATE/ETICS is suitable for the installation of ETICS board (external insulation composite system), insulation board and dry wall. The high density in its formula also ensures immediate initial fixation and high adhesion.

PU-SC/PU-SP multi-purpose polystyrene foam is suitable for sealing, assembly, filling, insulation and fixing. It is ideal for a variety of applications, ensuring excellent adhesion to all building materials (except PTFE, silicone and polyethylene).

In addition, there is PU-FC/PU-FP polyurethane foam B1 for fire protection, which is a high-performance polyurethane foam suitable for sealing, assembling, filling, insulating and fixing where fire resistance is required or required. This foam also ensures excellent adhesion to all building materials (except PTFE, silicone and polyethylene). Finally, in this range, PU-TC/PU-TP polyurethane foam is specially designed for fixing tiles.

INDEX A Perfect Fixing has also recently added an innovative processing signal system to its MO-PS+ (styrene-free polyester PLUS) chemical anchor. This is a unique new technology that provides a vision of when the product can or cannot be processed instruct. Thanks to a new formula that the company believes is unique in the market, the resin will change from blue to gray at the beginning of the curing process. Although it is still a blue shade, the applied studs or rods can be adjusted. Once it turns gray, the adjustment time is over and curing begins.

In 2021, a new series of TH/TF metal anchors for heavy loads-manufactured in-house was also launched. The series includes nine models, with different heads, and a variety of specifications, diameters and lengths to choose from. There are two types of coatings for anchors-galvanized and Atlantis C3-H, which is a special coating that provides the best corrosion protection in a C3 atmosphere in accordance with ISO 9223.

When installing anchors, the distance between the anchors and the edge of the concrete member can be shortened because they use the mechanical interference between the thread and the base material to generate a smaller load on the concrete. It is also possible to install the anchor bolts using only a drill bit and an impact driver, thereby significantly reducing and simplifying installation time. INDEX A Perfect Fixing points out that there is no need to clean vertical installations and holes in the roof and/or floor.

After installation, the anchor bolt is easy to disassemble, which is a good solution for temporary installation. They can also be unscrewed for correct adjustment and have up to three approved screw-in depths. The anchor bolt also has an optimized thread to ensure maximum load, and can provide a complete diameter range.

The new series has also received a number of European technical evaluations, such as in option 1 (ETA – 20/0046) (C20/25 – C50/60) for installation in cracked and non-cracked concrete; for concrete (C20/ 25) and non-structural redundant systems (ETA-20/0494) in hollow core slabs (≥ C30/37); and approved fire-resistant R30-R120 in concrete.
