JCP Fixings has once again expanded its product range by adding two new types of stainless steel A4-316 heavy-duty anchors, now available in hexagonal bolt and countersunk bolt versions.

All sizes of both types have passed CE certification and ETA (option 1) certification, confirming that they can be used for cracked and non-cracked concrete from C20/25 to C50/60. The anchor bolts are approved for use under seismic action C1 and C2, and provide high tension and shear strength. Both can withstand 30-120 minutes of fire exposure and have a fire rating of A1, which means they will not cause a fire. New features include a compression ring that helps prevent rotation and stop torque slippage, while a three-part expansion sleeve allows smaller spacing and edge distances under high loads.

These two new types are consistent with the existing A4-316 heavy-duty anchor and nut types and have the same standards. The A4-316 stainless steel body enables heavy-duty anchors to be used in indoor and outdoor applications, including marine environments.

In order to support the new heavy-duty anchors and the entire JCP product line, JCP has developed the Anchor Calculation Program (ACP), which aims to simplify the specified floor, ceiling and wall connections, as well as the factors of load, spacing, and margins. ACP is available from the JCP website and can be downloaded and used by anyone for free. ACP users only need to enter the relevant data of a specific application, and the program will suggest repairs accordingly. It includes fire and seismic requirements, and can accurately recommend suitable anchors based on the connection configuration.

Professional fixture brands have also invested in the production of detailed animated videos that clearly show how to install these fixtures correctly. JCP was created with end users as the center, hoping that this video can support their customers when dealing with end users.
