US-based carpenter and YouTuber Andrew Klein revealed his "next big thing": a screw with an invisible slot that disappeared completely. No need to hide like ordinary screws, this crafted innovation can be integrated into any design as an ornament, because these holes are only visible when a screwdriver is inserted, and once the tool is removed, the holes disappear completely. These new screws are designed for aesthetic purposes and are perfect for carpenters who want the finished product to look extremely clean and seamless.

In his latest video, andrew klein shows a detailed close-up of his new design, while sharing some examples of craftsmanship that can be perfected by using this reinterpreted screw. "Because it has no slots, you can embed it on the desktop. It is just a complete flush surface with a very cool decorative appearance," youtuber explained. “You can design high-end flat packaging furniture, because it would be a cool novelty to assemble with screws that look like discs,” he added. More importantly, the new screws can also be used to fix hidden drawers and compartments,
Klein shared that this new project was inspired by wire-cut EDM demo toys, which showed two pieces of metal sliding against each other and joining together so perfectly that the seams disappeared. The designer took this popular, "satisfying" concept and turned it into something practical: a new screw that looks like a smooth disc, no (visible) slots, and a screwdriver to complete Suit. The newly introduced system uses stainless steel magnets, so the driver is fixed in the screw and will not be pushed out by the small plunger.
