The 79-square-foot Notting Hill apartment contains a single bed, and the kitchen sink and shower are only a few inches apart.

Consider how small this apartment really is-the average parking space in the UK is almost twice that of 124 square feet.

There are two cooking stoves next to where you rest your head (or feet).

But at least there is some privacy, because the toilet opposite the shower has its own door.

The apartment "cannot be used as a permanent residence" and can only be purchased with cash.

It is located in one of London's most expensive boroughs, Kensington and Chelsea-where the average house price is £2,214,495.

Zoopla's description is as follows: "A great opportunity to create a London bolt hole in this prime location of W11.

"This studio room needs to be fully modernized and may be a great base for someone. Cash purchase only.

"Coleville Road is located in the heart of Notting Hill, with all the local convenience restaurants, bars and shops of Westbourne Grove, Portobello and Notting Hill Gate.

The nearest subway stations to the apartment are Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park-both are less than a mile away.

It definitely needs some TLC because the walls have seen better days, and we are not entirely sure where the radiator is-or whether it is floor heating.
